salt according to taste

1 tsp lemon juice

1 ) Soak the chickpeas in room temp. water at least for 6-8 hours. After that boil it.

2)Take out these chickpeas in a strainer so all the water drains out and then let it cool down.

3) In an empty blender put the tahini ,lemon juice, garlic cloves and salt.

4) Blend until it becomes a very fine paste. If the paste stays thick you can add yoghurt.

5) Now add the chickpeas in the blender along along with the paste and drizzle in some olive oil.

Blend the mixture until it becomes a fine paste.

6) If your paste stays thick you can add some icy cold water. This always does the trick.
