Cottage Cheese Tikkas

In India, cottage cheese is a widely used ingredient for paneer, kebabs and more. However, the tikka (stick) is one of the most relished dishes. The recipe is quite simple and only requires the following:

200g Cottage Cheese

1/2 tsp. Grounded Fennel Seeds

1/4 tsp. Turmeric Powder

1/2 tsp. Red Chilli Powder

Salt - According to Taste

Dry Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tsp.

Garam masala- 1/4 tsp (optional)

Grated Ginger - 1 tsp

1 finely chopped green chilli

1 cup Hung Curd

2 pieces Bell Pepper

1/2 big Onion(s)

*Remember to put butter before lightly sautéing the peppers and onions.
