Tahini is a slightly underrated dip. People usually love eating hummus and sesame salads but they don't realise that these dishes wouldn't be possible to make without Tahini. So in this recipe we will be teaching you how to make this simple yet flavorful sauce.
Here are the ingredients you will need to make this recipe:
1/2 cup roasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
One small chilli
One piece of ginger
1/4 cup hung curd (optional)
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1. Grind your roasted sesame seeds, olive oil, salt, chilli, lemon juice and ginger together.
2. If you want, you can add 1/4 cup hung curd as well.
