One of my favourite indian side dips is the green chutney (coriander dip). It is a traditional sauce that can be eaten with several different foods such as sandwiches or snacks.
Learn the simple dip below:
1 cup chopped coriander leaves
¼ cup mint leaves chopped
¼ tsp. Cumin seeds
¼ tsp pink salt
2 pieces green chillies (if you like spice only)
¼ tsp salt
Grind coriander leaves and mint leaves along with the spices.
Add a little water.
Grind it again.
It shouldn’t be very liquidy. (finely grinded)
Notes: Coriander dip can be used in many other savouries.
