In this recipe I am going to show you how to make a HEALTHY chocolate shake.
Today we celebrate my favourite food in the world - chocolate. The thick, warm liquid pouring out of a jar... or maybe even in the form of a chocolate bar. Nowadays, a lot of people seem to be avoiding chocolate because it is "unhealthy" and "helps" you gain weight. So I decided to design a recipe that will give poor chocolate a better image. Hearty n Healthy Snickers Shake
2 frozen bananas
2 cups almond milk or 1 1/2 cup fresh milk
2 pitted dates
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 cup crushed ice
Method: Blend it all together! That's it - seriously.
Note: If you want, you can add chocolate chips to give it a even more chocolaty flavour!
