This is literally the BEST last-minute snack!! Fresh herbs sprinkle and baked with chickpeas... now that is why food was made. All you need is 5 ingredients and 1 oven!
1 bowl boiled chickpeas
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mixed herbs (oregano, parsley, chili flakes )
½ tsp crushed black pepper
First, preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius and put parchment paper on your baking tray.
Take a medium-sized bowl and add boiled chickpeas, olive oil, salt, mixed herbs, and crushed black pepper in it.
Mix this mixture well with the spoon. Now spread your chickpeas mixture evenly on the baking tray and put in a preheated oven.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 to 40 minutes. It's ready!!
