Sundried Tomatoes

This recipe is so simple! Sundried tomatoes can be used for pickles, pizza, pasta and can even be eaten plain!




Ingredients:


20 - 25 pieces of cherry tomatoes

1 tbsp. olive oil

1/4 tsp. salt



Method:


1. Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celcius before you begin!

2. Cut your cherry tomatoes into half and take out the seeds with the help of a knife or spoon.

3. Now brush your tomatoes with some olive oil and sprinkle some salt on it.

4. Now put your tomatoes in the oven. For the first 20 minutes put the oven at 180 degrees Celcius and then change the temperature to 140 degrees Celcius for 35 minutes.
